SarahIn 2011, Sarah began her journey with Tomato Glasses UK after struggling to find the right glasses for her young child - comfortable, durable, well-fitting and stylish. She discovered Tomato Glasses in Korea, created by a father for his son, and knew she had found something special.
Since then, the company has grown, and Sarah is proud to employ a local team who share her passion for helping children find the perfect pair of glasses - ones that fit well, feel great and make them smile. |

JayneJayne has been working for Tomato Glasses since 2020, starting as a Frame Order Specialist and then progressing to our Office Manager. Jayne is a highly organised individual who keeps the office running smoothly! Jaynes’ attention to detail ensures we achieve our daily posting goals, which is important as we send out a large number of parcels each day. "I've thoroughly enjoyed working for Sarah for the past 6 Years, we've got such an amazing, friendly team!"

AliAli started with us in 2022 and has amazing organisational skills, along with great tech knowledge: if the office computers are struggling, we know Ali will be able to sort them out! Ali’s calm personality comes across when she is helping customers use our new ordering portal and forms part of the team of checkers who carry our final checks before parcels are sealed for shipping.

LisaLisa has been with us since 2023. Her expertise lies within chatting to customers about frame colour choices and putting together approval orders for young customers to view! Lisa has been a key part in helping train new customers on our new ordering portal.

FionaFiona joined us in 2024, and her willingness to take on any role has been a great asset to the team. Fiona is very happy to rotate through a number of roles such as packing orders, answering queries on the phone and monitoring our online orders. Her calm personality and ability to problem solve is invaluable.

MaybelMaybel has been working with us during her gap year. With a great background in computers, she has been adding our new ranges to our computer systems and ensuring our ordering portal is up to date. Maybel is often called to help pick and pack orders when the office becomes busy, and is happy to help with any jobs that our team needs help with.

DacieDacie joined us in 2022 as part of the Governmental Kickstart Scheme, providing jobs for people aged 16-24 years old. She had a great flare for social media and she stayed with us after the scheme ended to cover our social media pages, adding posts and content. Dacie will always contact the parents and carers before posting to gain their consent and keep our page flowing with smiley happy Tomato Glasses wearers!

AliAli has been working with us in partnership since 2023. Although she works off-site, she consistently responds promptly to any questions or queries regarding our customers' accounts. Her organised and knowledgeable approach has helped us to operate efficiently and consistently meet our deadlines.

TrudieTrudie at Bright Blue C Design Studio has worked with us in partnership since 2015, providing bright and colourful graphic designs that we use on both our website and in our catalogues. She is also one of our key photographers working with our models and new frames.

MarniMarni joins us while she is taking her A-Levels. She plays a vital part in controlling our stock levels. Each week Marni checks our shelves and ensures that our online ordering portal is UpToDate. She has also become an expert 'picker and packer' and is often called upon to pick our larger orders.

KateKate is one of the newest members of our team, having joined us in January 2026. With our extensive range of frames, it can take up to six months to become familiar with all of the frame codes. Kate’s cheerful attitude and willingness to take on new aspects of the role have helped her settle seamlessly into the Tomato team. Her calm and composed nature is particularly valued during the busy run-up to our postal deadlines.

LaetitiaLaetitia is another valued member of the team who joined us in January 2026. Her previous experience with computer databases and order processing has proved invaluable in supporting the implementation of our online ordering portal. Her excellent attention to detail helps us maintain a consistently high level of accuracy, and she has quickly become a valuable asset to the team.

LottieLottie is our newest team member, joining us for the summer after completing her GCSEs. Her conscientious approach and willingness to take on any task have made her a real asset to the team. She joined us during one of our busiest periods—our annual stock take—and coped brilliantly with the challenge. The fact that she's still with us is a testament to her positive attitude and resilience!
