Delivery

For UK customers, orders for the need to be placed through a registered Dispensing Optician.  Orders received in the before 2pm will be posted the same day.

1-5 frames will travel using a first class signed for service through Royal Mail.

5-10 frames will travel using a second class signed for service through Royal Mail

Above 10 frames will travel via a courier due to the weight and cost will be based on weight.

If orders are received over the weekend or on Bank Holidays then parcels will shipped the next working day. Once posted the delivery times are set out by Royal Mail.

Express Shipping is £8.99 is only offered throughout the UK on orders placed before 1pm.  This is available Monday-Thursday. The express service is guaranteed to arrive the next day in the UK to a registered optician (this excludes a Saturday delivery, orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday). If an order is made on a weekend or a bank holiday then the products will be sent out the next working day.

Warranty

We offer a Limited Warranty in the UK which applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Tots Specs Ltd trading as Tomato Glasses UK (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

The warranty does not cover excessive wear and tear nor the use of solvent sprays that may affect the Grilamid TR90 material.

During the Warranty Period, Tots Specs Ltd Trading as Tomato Glasses UK will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Tots Specs Ltd Trading as Tomato Glasses UK is 6 months from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Goods or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 6 months from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification (including using solvent cleaning sprays or applying heat)

This Limited Warranty does not cover any shipping charges or taxes.

All shipping charges will need to be covered.

You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to Tots Specs Ltd Trading as Tomato Glasses UK.

What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must obtain a Returns Number and instructions on how to return a product by contacting us.

Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or other suitable packaging that provides full protection (a Jiffy bag is not acceptable protection), including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by Tots Specs Ltd Trading as Tomato Glasses UK.

An assessment will be carried out and the results passed on within 30 days of receipt of the Physical Goods.
